Hollywood

Today is the big Hollywood day we rented a private "limo van" to show us the town. Our guides name was Sandy.  We are all really laughing in this picture because the women from behind the counter at our hotel came out to take the picture and I really don't think she has used a camera before, she was cracking us up. I had to help her three times to accomplish this picture.

Although this is the sign for Beverly Hills you are not in Beverly Hills yet. When you actually reach there city limits all streets signs will be white and all fire hydrants will be silver. I can't believe 5  people in a car and not one of us took a picture of the white street sighns in Beverly Hills they are the ones on all the street corners.

This is definitely a street in Beverly Hills but it is up high across the street and those were not white.

This is a hotel owned by Cameron Diaz and someone else. Thanks to CRS none of us can remember.

Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood!!!

LA Ink is done here. ( It is a show on TV) I never heard of it.

Mann's Chinese Theatre.  This was pretty awesome but as you can see completely packed out.

Above are a few of the prints we managed to get. I did not know this whole footprint thing started by accident they had just poured some new cement outside the theatre and it had not completely dried and some star stepped on it and Mann asked her to sign her name by it and the rest is history. Sad part of this is they are starting to remove sections of older actors so that they can make room for newer ones. I hope people around here succeed in stopping them or we can figure out a way to help stop them. They can put the new ones someplace else they don't belong here.

 Mackenzie did not care if she seen anyone elses star as long as she seen this one.  I think this was the highlight of her Hollywood tour.

This is not the original Hollywood sign it was replaced 3 years ago it is now larger than it was before and it now lights up at night.

Mackenzie is headed back home today.  She got the Miley song mixed up. She hopped on the plane at LAX instead of off the plane. Bye Kenzie We will miss you and Mackquest.
