I can't brag or say enough about our experience with Southwest. The Indianapolis airport and the Phoenix airport. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Going thru airport security at Indianapolis was like going to a mini comedy show. The first guy that was leading us in was pointing out all of the art work in the room and on the walls and telling how it all kinda looked liked wings of airplanes and that was to help us get into the "flying frame of mind" sorry not one of us took any pictures of the art we were really being slackers. Then we put all of our stuff on the conveyors and proceeded to random scanning. 3 out 5 of us got body scanned and Dad got frisked for making bunny ears while in the machine. All baggage arrived in Cali and only mine was searched.
